Mathankumar Periyasamy, MBBS, MS (Ortho)Founder CEO
Dr Mathankumar is an orthopaedic surgeon and a fellow in arthroplasty. He has completed his MBBS from Mahatma Gandhi medical College, Pondicherry in 2010 and completed MS Orthopaedics in 2014.
He then underwent training in joint replacement. He has 10+ years of experience in the field of Orthopaedics. He has performed more than 500+ surgeries of knee joint eplacement with 97% success rates.
Also, he specialises in arthroscopic procedures, hip joint replacement, traumatic bone injuries. He is an active participant and faculty in major orthopaedic meetings of the state.
Abinaya Mathankumar, MBBS, MD (Pediatrics) Co-Founder
Dr. Abinaya Mathankumar is a pediatrician, allergy & asthma specialist practising in Imayam speciality hospital. She completed her MBBS from Govt Kilpauk Medical College in the year 2012 and MD pediatrics from the prestigious PGI, Chandigarh in the year 2015. A gold medalist both in MBBS and in her MD, she has over 8+ years of experience in the field.
Her research paper in the field of pediatric epilepsy was presented in the American epilepsy society conference which was held at Houston, Texas in the year 2016 and received a good appreciation. She aims to give rational treatment to all her patients and educate the parents about child health, growth and all aspects in child rearing.
She has been active in social media through her very own YouTube channel (DOCTOR MOMMIES) which provides authentic health information.
